SPA POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS
Cancellation Policy: We hold the right to charge you for scheduled services at original price if we are not notified of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to service time. You may be automatically charged for a no-call, no-show.
As a courtesy to our staff, and to allow appointments to be available to other clients, we require 24-hours notice to cancel Spa appointments. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remaining appointment time to avoid conflicts with the schedule and billed for entire service period.
REDEMPTION OF GIFT CERTIFICATES
Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $25 (per service) fee against the value of Gift Certificate.
A WORD ABOUT CHILDREN
With respect to other clients, children are not allowed in any service areas. We will also not be responsible for unattended children in the front waiting area; therefore, please make appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment.
